  • Extensive reporting services for the entire team at the OEM (market participants visited, extent of the OEM’s performance presentation, knowledge of OEM requirements, determination of sales expectations, support budget, etc.) with presentation to the OEM with simultaneous derivation of key sales figures and success criteria
  • Technical support on site / communicator to the OEM

  • Realization of various benefits, such as creation of a centralized source of information, improved compliance, more efficient contract management, risk minimization through early identification of risks and disputes, exchange of knowledge and best practices, increased productivity through automation and structuring of legal workflows, improved transparency and traceability, cost reduction through reduction of costs for legal advice and disputes, facilitated cooperation between departments and locations, etc.
