As a certified professional for restructuring and turnaround, Mr. Rommel works and supports companies by taking over tasks in change processes, the implementation of e.g. IDWS6 expert opinions or reorganization plans. He is also happy to take on management tasks. His experience with works councils and trade unions and his expertise in the HR field have confirmed demonstrable success in transformation processes. Due to his experience in corporate groups, medium-sized businesses and owner-managed companies, the involvement of stakeholders and the formation of a common goal is a key success factor for Mr. Rommel.
His professional background in mechanical engineering, industry, retail and services ensures that he can look beyond his own nose and open up new perspectives. Innovative and adaptively oriented, Mr. Rommel is quickly integrated and takes the team with him.
In 2023, his training as ESG Officer furthermore the innovative alignment of business processes for a sustainable implementation of the legal framework has completed the qualification.
Mr. Rommel has been active as an interim manager since 2009 and was most recently responsible for an insolvency in self-administration as managing director with a successful turnaround.

In his private life, Klaus Rommel travels with his family and is often active in sports such as hiking or mountain biking. He enjoys going for rides on his Harley Davidson.
