Dr. Dietmar Kamp

Dr. Kamp is a long-time expert and user of SAP software. This includes software architecture, data model and process modeling as well as reporting tools. In approx. 30 years he gained experience in the implementation, support and optimization of SAP applications, starting from R/2 via R/3 to S/4. In doing so, he got to know the specific requirements in various industrial sectors.
Parallel to his technical expertise within the SAP world, Dr. Kamp demonstrated entrepreneurial skills by building up an SAP consulting company from 3 to > 100 employees within 25 years together with 2 co-partners. In doing so, he showed the competence to inspire and lead employees as well as the professional expertise to take responsibility as CFO of a stock corporation within a listed group.
In various SAP projects, his technical knowledge in finance and accounting, controlling and planning and reporting solutions was appreciated. In project management roles, he was able to demonstrate his overarching understanding of SAP architecture, his analytical skills in matching requirements and possible solutions, and his empathetic and collegial leadership style.
In October 2022, Dr. Kamp joined F&P Executive Solutions AG as an Associate Partner as a member of the IT/Digitalization specialist group.
