Frank Hassler

Frank Hassler has many years of strategic and operational experience in the areas of logistics and supply chain, with a focus on customer satisfaction, costs and service quality. As a manager of people of different social status and education as well as a leader of projects, trainings and workshops, Mr. Hassler can look back on a multitude of successful management activities. His management style is characterised by trust, credibility, communication and transparency in planning and implementation. In doing so, Mr. Hassler is distinguished by his entrepreneurial, creative and cost-oriented way of thinking and acting, pragmatic and solution-oriented in implementation. Mr. Hassler has many years of experience in the international branded goods industry. As an internationally experienced executive and project manager, he has further developed, restructured and optimised complex logistics structures. The centralisation of the operational logistics of a DAX-listed company in Europe is one of his most important and extensive projects. In addition, Mr Hassler was responsible for the successful outsourcing of a centralised European distribution centre with a sales volume of 2 € billion. With the introduction of a pan-European platform for value-added services for planning, purchasing and control, Mr Hassler was able to realise significant efficiency gains for the company. He developed cross-company concepts with partners from industry and trade for the further development of more efficient cooperation and processes under the umbrella of the Markenverband and GS1-Germany. As the initiator of one of the most successful transport cooperations in the German FMCG market, Mr Hassler was able to demonstrate his communication and persuasion skills. The goal of jointly handling the distribution of 13 FMCG companies was achieved, combined with high savings and the implementation of demanding quality requirements.
