One of his main focuses is the optimisation of production processes, e.g. the reduction of changeover times in production and the improvement of plant logistics through layout optimisation.
As a certified “GREEN BELT Lean Six Sigma” consultant, Mr. Stapelfeldt has optimised production processes at medium-sized industrial companies and thus demonstrably increased efficiency in manufacturing significantly.
He has been successfully active as an interim manager for medium-sized industrial companies as COO, plant manager and production manager since 2007.
