When 120 women from Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Liechtenstein come together in Ulm, it’s BPW Germany e.V. DACH Conference 2024. Under the motto “Trust.Connection.Diversity”, the participants exchanged ideas in workshops and lectures on \ud835\udc06\ud835\udc25\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc1c\ud835\udc21\ud835\udc2c\ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc25\ud835\udc25\ud835\udc2e\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc20 \ud835\udc2e\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc1d \ud835\udc06\ud835\udc25\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc1c\ud835\udc21\ud835\udc1b\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc1c\ud835\udc21\ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc20\ud835\udc2e\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc20 \ud835\udc1d\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc2b \ud835\udc05\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc2e \ud835\udc22\ud835\udc26 \ud835\udc01\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc2e\ud835\udc1f. Our Associate Partner <\/a>Judith Goldmann<\/a> was able to contribute her extensive knowledge, as she has been involved in the topic of diversity for years, not only in her private life but also professionally as an HR interim manager.

The workshop on artificial intelligence, in which the gender AI gap was highlighted, was particularly exciting: currently only 30% of AI users are women. However, if the underlying data is not gender-sensitive, the algorithm can be distorted and incomplete – a major problem that was actively discussed by the participants.

Making new contacts and exchanging ideas on groundbreaking topics rounded off the weekend together. A huge thank you to BPW Germany e.V. for the inspiring work and the organization of this great event, which celebrated diversity and cooperation and gave us all valuable insights and new impulses.
