F&P News<\/span>14th Redevelopment Conference 2024 in Heidelberg – F&P will be there!<\/span><\/h2>

We are right in the middle of another inspiring industry meeting! CEO <\/a>Bernd Fischer<\/a> will be live for F&P at the 14th Restructuring Conference of the IfUS Institute in Heidelberg and will bring new impulses for our work in restructuring and transformation.

Yesterday’s networking evening on the “MS K\u00f6nigin Silvia” was already a real highlight! For the first time, the program was held in this special setting, replacing the traditional brewery event. Valuable discussions were held in a relaxed atmosphere and our network within the industry was cultivated and expanded.

Today’s congress day began with a warm welcome from the head of the institute <\/a>Prof. Dr. Henning Werner, followed by an impressive opening from Colonel Markus Deeg. His approaches to the leadership and organizational culture of the Bundeswehr in times of crisis impressively demonstrated how agility and resilience can be mastered even under extreme conditions.

We are now looking forward to more exciting insights. With 18 presentations and workshops, the conference offers a wide range of practical content – from digitalization in restructuring concepts to ESG as a catalyst for restructuring. We are particularly looking forward to the brand-new presentation by <\/a>Dr. Alexander Jaroschinsky and <\/a>Dr. Christian Friedrich from EY-Parthenon on the “Radical operational restructuring of automotive suppliers”.

Our CEO Bernd Fischer will continue to use the opportunity to gather important impulses for the work at F&P: “This conference is a great opportunity to exchange ideas with industry colleagues and develop new ideas for our projects.”

A big thank you already goes to <\/a>Prof. Dr. Henning Werner and the entire team of the IfUS Institute for the first-class organization and selection of speakers, as well as the SRH University.
