F&P at the AIMP Interim Management Forum 2025<\/span>Come-Backs & Restarts<\/span><\/h1>

\u2728 Last week, the time had finally come: The \ud835\udfed\ud835\udff5. \ud835\udddb\ud835\uddee\ud835\uddfa\ud835\uddef\ud835\ude02\ud835\uddff\ud835\uddf4\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddff \ud835\uddd4\ud835\udddc\ud835\udde0\ud835\udde3 \ud835\uddd9\ud835\uddfc\ud835\uddff\ud835\ude02\ud835\uddfa \ud835\udddc\ud835\uddfb\ud835\ude01\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddff\ud835\uddf6\ud835\uddfa \ud835\udde0\ud835\uddee\ud835\uddfb\ud835\uddee\ud835\uddf4\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddfa\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddfb\ud835\ude01 (\ud835\uddd9\ud835\udddc\ud835\udde0) at Mindspace Hamburg brought together the top community of the interim industry – and we from \ud835\uddd9&\ud835\udde3 \ud835\uddd8\ud835\ude05\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddf0\ud835\ude02\ud835\ude01\ud835\uddf6\ud835\ude03\ud835\uddf2 \ud835\udde6\ud835\uddfc\ud835\uddf9\ud835\ude02\ud835\ude01\ud835\uddf6\ud835\uddfc\ud835\uddfb\ud835\ude00 \ud835\uddd4\ud835\uddda were right in the middle of it as co-organizers! Under the motto “\ud835\uddd6\ud835\uddfc\ud835\uddfa\ud835\uddf2-\ud835\uddd5\ud835\uddee\ud835\uddf0\ud835\uddf8\ud835\ude00 & \ud835\udde5\ud835\uddf2\ud835\ude00\ud835\ude01\ud835\uddee\ud835\uddff\ud835\ude01\ud835\ude00”, everything revolved around new beginnings, turning points and the power of using setbacks as opportunities – topics that interim managersinside, executives and decision-makers: inside alike. \ud83d\ude80<\/p>

The entire day was dedicated to the new \ud835\uddd4\ud835\udddc\ud835\udde0\ud835\udde3\ud835\ude00: All AIMP members met at \ud835\uddea\ud835\uddf2\ud835\ude00\ud835\ude01\ud835\uddf3\ud835\uddf6\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddf9\ud835\uddf1 \ud835\uddd6\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddfb\ud835\ude01\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddff \ud835\uddf6\ud835\uddfb \ud835\uddf1\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddff \ud835\udddb\ud835\uddee\ud835\uddfa\ud835\uddef\ud835\ude02\ud835\uddff\ud835\uddf4\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddff \ud835\udddb\ud835\uddee\ud835\uddf3\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddfb\ud835\uddf0\ud835\uddf6\ud835\ude01\ud835\ude06 as early as midday to discuss the Strategy and planned \ud835\uddd8\ud835\ude03\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddfb\ud835\ude01\ud835\ude00 of the coming years before the regional forum. The subsequent \ud835\udfed\ud835\udff5. \ud835\uddd9\ud835\udddc\ud835\udde0 was a highlight for us in more ways than one: for the first time, we organized and moderated the forum together with our Hamburg-based AIMP partners – INTERIM-SHERPAS GmbH and HANSE Interim Management. \ud83d\udcaa We were also particularly proud to be represented on site in double figures. In addition to CEO Bernd Fischer and our \ud835\uddec\ud835\uddfc\ud835\ude02\ud835\uddfb\ud835\uddf4-\ud835\udde3\ud835\uddff\ud835\uddfc\ud835\uddf3\ud835\uddf2\ud835\ude00\ud835\ude00\ud835\uddf6\ud835\uddfc\ud835\uddfb\ud835\uddee\ud835\uddf9-\ud835\udde0\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddf1\ud835\uddf6\ud835\uddee\ud835\ude01\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddee\ud835\uddfa around Anna Klimpki, Mihna Jealyn Bartsch and Nina Marie Kochte, the F&P team was there with full energy and actively participated.<\/p>

The evening was full of powerful moments: after the great Jacques Piquard champagne reception sponsored by F&P, the managing directors of the organizing companies Erdwig Holste, Andreas Lau and Bernd Fischer introduced the evening, followed by interesting words from DDIM e.V. – Dachgesellschaft Deutsches Interim Management chairwoman Marei Strack\ud83c\udf1f<\/p>

We were impressed by the keynotes by Careerconsultant Thomas Landwehr with many insights into the efficient use of AI as an interim manager, and boxing world champion Maria Lindberg, who impressively demonstrated with her impressive career how important perseverance and willpower are in all situations in life\ud83e\udd4a\ud83d\udca1<\/p>

The final networking session with finger food provided the perfect setting to round off the evening with pleasant conversations. \ud83c\udf77<\/p>

The new \ud835\uddd4\ud835\udddc\ud835\udde0\ud835\udde3 \ud835\udddc\ud835\uddfb\ud835\ude01\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddff\ud835\uddf6\ud835\uddfa \ud835\udde0\ud835\uddee\ud835\uddfb\ud835\uddee\ud835\uddf4\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddff \ud835\uddd6\ud835\uddfc\ud835\uddfa\ud835\uddfa\ud835\ude02\ud835\uddfb\ud835\uddf6\ud835\ude01\ud835\ude06, who traveled from all over the D\/A\/CH region, gave this sold-out event a special dynamic that was palpable at all times during the evening. What a comeback for the AIMP – Association of Interim Management Professionals.<\/p>

A big thank you goes to our co-organizers \ud835\udddc\ud835\uddfb\ud835\ude01\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddff\ud835\uddf6\ud835\uddfa \ud835\udde6\ud835\uddf5\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddff\ud835\uddfd\ud835\uddee\ud835\ude00 and \ud835\udddb\ud835\uddee\ud835\uddfb\ud835\ude00\ud835\uddf2 \ud835\udddc\ud835\uddfb\ud835\ude01\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddff\ud835\uddf6\ud835\uddfa, and the other AIMP members ACHIEFERS GmbH, ACALPHA, GOiNTERIM GmbH as well as our F&P partner Johannes Graf von Spee for providing the great champagne. Thank you to all the committed participants – you made this evening a real industry highlight. \ud83d\ude4c<\/p>

We will take away many valuable ideas for our projects and mandates and are already looking forward to the next opportunity to shape the future of interim management together. \ud83c\udf0d\u2728<\/p>
