After completing his training as a business\/administration manager, he quickly made a name for himself as an HR manager in the retail and hotel industry before switching to HR consulting. There, as an authorized signatory, he made decisive contributions to the development of the North German region for one of the top 10 personnel service providers and later, as COO of the TEMPTON Group, managed a region with a turnover of over 40 million euros.<\/p><p class=\"zw-cgb__fulltext \">In 2016, he founded HR-PERFECT Unternehmerberatung GmbH and specialized in scaling and increasing the efficiency of HR departments.
