F&P Executive Solutions AG is pleased to announce the addition of four outstanding Associate Partners to its team. Marita Mogensen, Joachim Br\u00fcnner, Dr. Jens Christian Lamprecht and J\u00f6rg Tilmes bring an impressive wealth of experience and expertise that will significantly strengthen our consulting and interim management services.<\/p>

Marita Mogensen<\/strong><\/h2>

Marita Mogensen has over 20 years of experience in HR and has worked in various roles at Deutsche Bank AG and international technology companies during her career. She has been working as an independent HR consultant since 2019 and has successfully managed numerous HR projects and interim management positions.<\/p>

Marita’s expertise spans HR management, recruitment, change management and restructuring. She is known for her ability to align strategic and operational topics precisely with the company’s direction and to optimize implementation processes. Her industry expertise includes life sciences, pharmaceuticals and FMCG.<\/p>

Joachim Br\u00fcnner<\/strong><\/h2>

Joachim Br\u00fcnner is an experienced sales professional with over 20 years of expertise in business development, strategy and leadership in B2B sales and marketing. He has extensive experience in dealing with products and services that require explanation in the capital goods industry, particularly in the areas of plant engineering, energy, water and sustainability.<\/p>

His expertise includes the development and implementation of corporate strategies, new business models and key account management structures. Joachim Br\u00fcnner supports companies in improving their competitive position through innovative go-to-market strategies and the optimization of sales and marketing processes.<\/p>

Dr. Jens Christian Lamprecht<\/strong><\/h2>

Dr. Jens Christian Lamprecht is an expert in restructuring, reorganization and performance improvement with many years of experience in the paper and packaging industry. He has extensive knowledge of mergers & acquisitions and post-merger integration and has successfully implemented numerous growth projects.<\/p>

His career includes positions as a board member and managing director at leading companies in the paper and packaging industry, where he focused on restructuring, turnaround management and the optimization of business processes. Dr. Lamprecht brings in-depth knowledge of the process industry and mechanical engineering.<\/p>
