F&p news<\/span>Successful workshop in Hamburg: three days full of inspiration and strategy<\/span><\/h2>

Last week, the F&P AG team met for an intensive and successful workshop in Hamburg, our company’s home town. The three-day workshop provided the perfect opportunity to work together with our marketing and sales team and selected partners on forward-looking topics away from the digital world.<\/p>

On the first day, our young professionals Teresa Badem, Mihna Jealyn Bartsch<\/a>, Benedikt Poruba and our new colleague Nina Marie Kochte<\/a> took the opportunity to arrive in a productive coworking session and get in the mood for the tasks ahead. This session reminded us how valuable face-to-face encounters and offline interactions can be in today’s working world.<\/p>

The second day was dedicated to intensive work on the central topics of sales and marketing. Led by our CEO Bernd Fischer<\/a>, Board Member G\u00f6tz Stapelfeldt<\/a> and Senior Partner John Persch<\/a>, the team discussed current challenges and opportunities in the areas of SEA, SEO, the use of new tools and planned collaborations. A special highlight was the sales workshop with Lennard Wehrmeyer and Stefan Ekimov<\/a>, the founders of the start-up netsome. We are very much looking forward to our future collaboration!<\/p>

Another highlight was getting to know our new partner Jan Brandt. The exchange with him was extremely enriching and opened up valuable new perspectives for us.<\/p>

The second day ended with dinner together in our “regular restaurant” on the Alster. We were able to round off the day in a pleasant atmosphere with delicious food and relaxed conversation. Many thanks also go to the team at Anleger 1870, who provided us with excellent service on Wednesday evening.<\/p>

The last day of the workshop was dedicated entirely to marketing. Together, we developed a clear strategy for the coming months and laid the foundations for future projects. The inspiring discussions and newly acquired ideas will accompany and shape us in the coming months.<\/p>

In summary, the workshop in Hamburg was not only instructive, but also a source of new energy and inspiration for our team. The results will become visible in the coming months – we look forward to sharing them with you!<\/p>
