Norman has many years of experience and expertise in IT architecture as well as in the strategic alignment and management of complex IT organizations. He has been able to apply this successfully in both growth and restructuring situations.<\/p>

In his professional career, he has also repeatedly demonstrated his ability to design and successfully implement comprehensive architecture strategies. In particular, Norman has experience in the planning and migration of cloud ERP services and the integration of cloud applications.<\/p>

Customers that Norman has supported can be found in almost all sectors due to his work with IT service providers. Examples include banks, suppliers, retail, telecommunications, production, chemicals and pharmaceuticals\/health care.<\/p>

To round off his expertise, he has a university IT degree (Dipl. Inf.), an IT Service Management certification and is a certified project manager (PMI, Prince2, SAFE).
