F&P ExpertLars Gerdes, B.B.A.

Lars Gerdes holds a degree in business administration and has many years of experience in managing and restructuring IT departments, as well as in defining and implementing IT strategies. His focus is on the cost-effective, service-oriented use of IT systems aligned with corporate goals, which fully incorporates the respective employees and their career prospects.

For him, consistent make-or-buy decisions, the optimization of workflows, and the use of new technologies are just as important building blocks for success as the human factors that focus on employee motivation and the willingness to learn among all those involved in the success.

Lars Gerdes has more than 15 years of SAP experience and has steadily expanded his expertise, ranging from application development and module consulting in the areas of logistics and finance to a comprehensive, process-oriented, and integrated approach. Extensive knowledge of project management and experience in international settings, which he has gained throughout his professional career, round out his profile.

In particular, his many years of experience leading IT organizations and projects at companies in the media and logistics industries serve him well, as they always allow him to see things from the customer’s perspective.
