Mr. Middendorf is an expert in crisis management and corporate leadership\u2014including in insolvency and pre-insolvency cases\u2014and, thanks to his extensive sales and marketing experience, in securing and growing profitability.<\/p>

Mr. Middendorf has extensive experience in the consumer and durable goods industry and has managed companies in the automotive, image processing, specialty chemicals and vending industries.<\/p>

He has extensive international experience in Western and Eastern Europe, Asia, and the Far East, as well as in North America. As a restructuring and turnaround consultant, Mr. Middendorf has a proven track record of securing turnarounds for medium-sized companies undergoing restructuring and turnaround.<\/p>

He has been working as an interim executive for international companies in the first and second management levels since 2007 and has already successfully completed well over 10 interim mandates.<\/p>
