F&P Expert<\/span>John Count of Spee<\/span><\/h1>

Mr. von Spee has been independently supporting medium-sized companies in the optimization and development of their B2B business models since 2011. As a certified restructuring and reorganization consultant, he works on behalf of shareholders or insolvency administrators for companies, usually in critical situations, in order to shape the turnaround.<\/p>

Mr. von Spee has more than 10 years of experience as an implementation and management consultant in international medium-sized manufacturing companies. In the mostly owner-managed companies, he uses his expertise to balance a wide range of stakeholder interests – even across generations. Challenging and encouraging the company’s people on the path to lasting success is always at the heart of his management and consulting assignments. His clients benefit from his large network and his flair for making the right contacts.<\/p>

Prior to this, he held responsible and managerial positions in the paper production and finishing, mechanical and plant engineering and metal processing and finishing industries for over 20 years. His focus was always on change management, restructuring, introducing and upgrading ERP systems, securing liquidity, setting up and implementing controlling, reporting, cost accounting and bookkeeping, M&A processes, internal consulting for shareholders and managing directors, etc..<\/p>

Mr. von Spee studied business administration with a focus on industry in the dual system of the Hamburg Business Academy (WAH). He keeps himself up to date with certifications as a restructuring consultant (SRH\/IfUS Institute) and EFQM Excellence Assessor (ILEP) and other further training courses.<\/p>

Family, faith, friends, sporting activities, nature and hunting are particularly important to Johannes von Spee.<\/p> <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n\n\n\n
