F&P Expert<\/span>M.Sc. Tobias Reichert<\/span><\/h1>

Tobias Reichert is an expert in restructuring, reorganization and performance improvement and assurance in the area of purchasing and supply chain. Our experience ranges from small and medium-sized companies to global corporations with sales in excess of \u20ac3,000 million.<\/p>

Mr. Reichert has worked very successfully as a purchasing and operations manager for leading companies in the hydraulics and pump industry, among others. In addition to German locations, the field of activity also included foreign locations with purchasing volumes of up to \u20ac 85 million under their own responsibility.<\/p>

The focus was on supplier (risk) management as well as securing the supply of goods and thus reducing production downtime, avoiding penalty payments and increasing customer satisfaction. The procurement markets extend far beyond Germany and Central Europe and include Scandinavia, Eastern Europe and Turkey as well as the Chinese and Indian markets.<\/p>

This proactive supplier management, a strategic focus and the automation and digitalization of purchasing have demonstrably streamlined and simplified processes, making them more efficient and secure. This helped to ensure delivery reliability of over 90% during the 2008 banking crisis and the Covid pandemic, among other things. In a normal market environment, stable SOTDs of over 95% were achieved.<\/p>

Another focus is on team building and cross-departmental cooperation. Thanks to new approaches to cooperation between purchasing, design, QA and production, new processes were implemented that significantly shortened project lead times, which in turn contributed to considerable cost savings during project implementation and increased customer satisfaction.<\/p> <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
