F&P Expert<\/span>Gerhard Jannach<\/span><\/h1>

Gerhard Jannach is an expert in change management and multi-project management in medium-sized companies. Whether corporate strategy, investments, digitalization, ESG or research & development: Gerhard Jannach ensures the success of complex change projects not only through an optimal project structure, but also by involving those involved right from the start. He combines skills as a leader, change manager and coach.<\/p>

In one of his most recent mandates, he led the multi-project management for the greenfield implementation of SAP S4 in a chemical company with great success. He previously built up multi-project management at the headquarters of a European market leader for building materials. The implementation laid the foundation for transparent and appreciative cooperation between the members of middle management, who had previously been stuck in strongly siloed thinking and behavior. For the market leader for innovative ventilation technology in the kitchen industry, he successfully acted as a coach for the complex introduction of a portfolio of 120 projects in another mandate.<\/p>

The interim manager’s clients benefit from his diverse experience as a project manager and change manager. Before becoming self-employed, Mr. Jannach was an authorized signatory and Vice President at an Austrian company in the wood processing and chemical industry for many years, where he was responsible for research and development, innovation and quality management, among other things.<\/p>

In addition to sound technical planning and implementation, Gerhard Jannach pays particular attention to involving the affected stakeholders and coaching managers in change projects. His extensive training in change management, coaching and agile project management helps him to achieve this.<\/p>

His training as a graduate engineer in process engineering predestines the interim manager as an expert for the process industry and for sustainability management (ESG).<\/p>

The interim manager’s leadership style is characterized by the ability to communicate with all team members as equals. He is accepted as a coach and valuable sparring partner as well as a source of inspiration who encourages people to think outside the box.
