F&P Expert<\/span>Kilian S\u00f6rgel<\/span><\/h1>

Kilian S\u00f6rgel is an expert in change management, innovation management, business development, logistics and sales. He completed his training in Nuremberg, where he still lives today. His studies focused on logistics and international business.<\/p>

Mr. S\u00f6rgel was managing director of his own family business for 25 years. He therefore knows the wholesale sector very well and in all its facets. After selling the company, he has been working as a project manager, consultant, mentor and business builder for start-ups for 3 years. Here he helps from the initial idea to the ongoing business. His ability to scout for customers, investors or interesting business connections, which are particularly in demand among start-ups, but not only, is helpful. In addition, his extensive network from a wide range of sectors and industries also enables him to connect with other potential discussion partners. The development and establishment of the investment company Vantage Value and the support of venture capital investments have further strengthened his passion for networking and innovation.<\/p>

Kilian is characterized by his high level of expertise in dealing with medium-sized structures and companies.<\/p>
