F&P Partner<\/span>Norbert H\u00fclsmann: Experienced interim manager and consultant<\/span><\/h1>

Following his training as an agricultural machinery mechanic and further training as a state-certified mechanical engineering technician, Norbert H\u00fclsmann completed a degree in materials engineering at Osnabr\u00fcck University of Applied Sciences and, in this context, a Bachelor of Materials and Microstructural Engineering at Sheffield City Polytechnic, now Sheffield Hallam University. He also holds an MBA in International Management from the University of London.<\/p>

Over the past 20+ years, he has worked in Germany and abroad, successfully transforming, reorganizing, restructuring and building companies. He has served as CEO, COO and Managing Director in Germany, Managing Director in England and President in the USA. In addition, he has assumed responsibility as Co-Managing Director in Poland, Hungary, Turkey and China on the basis of the dual control principle.<\/p>

The focus of his previous activities was on medium-sized companies in mechanical and plant engineering and metal processing, whereby he worked in family businesses, a PE-managed group and a stock corporation.<\/p>

After a long career in industry, he set up his own business as an interim manager and consultant on October 1, 2023. His special focus is on the topics of strategy and business development, M&E processes with pre- and post-merger activities as well as the optimization of complete value chains. In addition, he uses his extensive experience to support medium-sized companies on a temporary basis as CEO, COO or CRO.<\/p>

Companies benefit from his leadership and assertiveness. He has an entrepreneurial mindset and a good balance of analytics and pragmatism. Based on his extensive knowledge of strategy and business development and an “end-to-end” view of all value-adding steps, he stands for the successful and sustainable implementation of even critical content. With his “hands-on” mentality, he quickly gains the trust of the workforce and, if necessary, gets directly involved in projects to drive them forward.<\/p>
