F&P Expert<\/span>J\u00f6rg Hensel<\/span><\/h1>

Born in Braunschweig (1965), he completed a special training programme as a merchant\/administrative manager in a department store group after graduating from high school. Further professional stations in family businesses and corporate groups led the father of a family to personnel consulting from 1993 as HR manager in retail and the hotel industry.<\/p>

In the 2000s, he helped to build up the Northern Germany region as an authorised signatory at one of the top 10 personnel service providers and was subsequently responsible for a region with a turnover of over EUR 40.0 million as COO of the TEMPTON Group. In 2016, he founded his company HR-PERFECT Unternehmerberatung GmbH in Bremerv\u00f6rde and has been helping his clients to make their HR departments scalable and measurable and therefore more efficient ever since.<\/p>

As a proven HR expert, J\u00f6rg Hensel has a wealth of experience from over 30 years of operational HR work as an HR manager and managing director. In both his consulting and interim mandates in the DACH region, he examines and optimises his clients’ key HR processes, from the candidate journey and employee selection to HR digitalisation and professional people development. He successfully supports transformation processes in matrix organisations and introduces new, “state of the art” HR tools as a project leader.<\/p>

J\u00f6rg Hensel is the father of a grown-up son and a keen sailor on the Baltic Sea in his spare time.<\/p>
