The mechanical engineer and business graduate worked for the BMW Group for more than 17 years in various national and international management functions. He has been active as a consultant and executive interim manager since 2009 and, as an industry expert in the automotive and mobility sector, is particularly familiar with the specific challenges, market structures and potential for action.

Jan Brandt is a certified restructuring/reorganization consultant and interim manager and covers a broad spectrum of topics. He combines short-term profitability with a sustainable and strategic business orientation. Using modern management tools, Mr. Brandt supports companies in establishing themselves on the market and achieving financial and organizational stability. He is particularly familiar with the structures and working methods of medium-sized companies and corporate structures from his own specialist and management responsibilities.

As a certified supervisory board / advisory board member, Jan Brandt has extensive experience in committee and stakeholder management and has been a member of various project / program committees and management boards for many years.

Mr. Brandt has been an Associate Partner at F&P Executive Solutions since August 2024. As a proven industry expert, he is responsible for the Automotive & Mobility industry group at F&P.

Jan Brandt is a Hanseatic and lives in Hamburg. He enjoys sailing, playing golf and is socially engaged.
