Kilian Sörgel is an expert in change management, innovation management, business development, logistics and sales. He completed his education in Nuremberg, where he also lives today. During his studies he focused on logistics and international business.

Mr. Sörgel worked for 25 years as managing director in his own family business. Therefore he knows the wholesale business very well and in all facets. After selling the company, he has been working for 3 years as a project manager, consultant, mentor and business builder for startups. Here he helps from the startup idea to the running business. Helpful here is his ability in scouting customers, investors or interesting business connections, which are in demand especially for startups, but not only. In addition, his extensive network from a wide variety of fields and industries also enables him to connect with other potential business partners. Setting up and establishing the investment company Vantage Value and accompanying venture capital investments has further strengthened his passion for networking and innovation.

Kilian stands out for his high competence in dealing with medium-sized structures and companies.

Since August 2023, Mr. Sörgel has been an Associate Partner at F&P Executive Solutions AG.
