Peter Spitlbauer

Peter Spitlbauer has more than ten years of successful management experience as Managing Director of a national company and later as a member of the Management Board of an international group. His expertise extends in particular to the sustainable improvement of the financial and earnings situation of large medium-sized retail and logistics groups (including Xerox, Quelle/Neckermann, Lekkerland, MediaMarkt/Saturn, Berner), most of which are family-owned.

With a focus on wholesale and retail, Mr. Spitlbauer offers extensive knowledge in transformation, restructuring, turnaround, financial control and cost management projects. He has a proven track record in the strategic realignment of companies and the implementation of corporate governance processes.

At the same time, Peter Spitlbauer is a member of the advisory boards of medium-sized family businesses, where he contributes his business management expertise.

His professional career began with a degree in economics and organizational sciences at the University of the Federal Armed Forces in Munich. He also completed an executive management program at the St. Gallen Business School.

Peter Spitlbauer has been working as a consultant and interim manager since 2023. With his extensive experience and distinctive skills, he offers tailor-made solutions for entrepreneurial challenges.
