Marc Lindenau is an experienced corporate finance consultant. He has been an Associate Partner at F&P Executive Solutions since December 2023. With over 20 years of experience, he advises real estate companies and companies in the retail and consumer goods segment. He is also active in advising renewable energy companies.
At Lindenau Corporate Finance, he advised clients on the purchase and sale of companies. He was also active in the structuring of project and investment financing. His team supported companies in special situations. They assisted with bank communication and approached suitable investors.
His focus is on tailor-made solutions in equity and debt financing, private equity and capital market strategies. Marc Lindenau is not only a financial expert, but also a dedicated family man and golfer. He is married and has two children. After working in Frankfurt, London and Hamburg, he now lives in Schleswig-Holstein. There he was involved in the voluntary fire department and as a local council representative.
In his free time, he plays golf, preferably on Mallorca. The island also inspires him to develop new professional ideas.
