F&P AG welcomes four new industry experts. The new Associate Partners strengthen the firm specifically in the area of specialist and industry expertise.

The 4 high-calibre industry experts and Associate Partners expand F&P’s expertise in the areas of restructuring & turnaround, lean management, process optimisation and service excellence. Dipl.-Ing. Dirk Haumann Dirk Haumann brings broad knowledge in general management, efficiency improvement, profitability increase, restructuring and lean management through his many years of experience as CEO, CTO and COO for leading medium-sized mechanical engineering companies. Through his work as Chief Operations Officer in China, where he was responsible for the conception and detailed planning of a factory, Mr Haumann gained international experience as well as intercultural leadership skills. Mr Haumann’s industry expertise is in mechanical and plant engineering, metal processing, automotive supply industry as well as electrical engineering and electronics. Dipl. Betriebswirt (FH) Michael Lachner Michael Lachner is a TÜV-certified quality manager and expert in service & after-sales service issues, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Mr. Lachner has been working in the machine and plant construction industry for 25 years and has successfully worked in various sales and service functions at C-level. He has worked in medium-sized companies as well as in international corporations. His consulting and project management expertise includes general service management, turnaround and restructuring as well as the conception and implementation of growth strategies. Ludger Vieth Ludger Vieth is an expert in restructuring & reorganisation, crisis management and turnaround with a focus on production and shop floor management. With more than 30 years of experience and many years as CEO, Mr Vieth specialises in engineering and management of metal processing supplier companies. Mr Vieth is a certified turnaround and restructuring consultant (IFUS), Six Sigma Black Belt certified and certified Lean Manufacturing Master. Dipl.-Kfm. Frederik P. Müller Frederik P. Müller has many years of experience in the areas of reorganisation, restructuring, sales and expansion of companies. Mr. Müller is familiar with medium-sized companies of various sizes and has managed companies in Germany, the USA and Latin America for several years. He is an expert in the capital goods, FMCG and medical technology industries, among others.
