- The banking consortium needed a viable business plan from the economically weakened telecommunications provider to help it make a decision on the upcoming refinancing
- Development of integrated corporate planning. Focus on sales/market planning as well as revenue and financial planning
- Presentation of the business plan, followed by discussion and negotiation with the bank consortium
- Preparation of a monthly bank report
- Monitoring of measures to support business development and compliance with covenants
