Lutz Büttner

Lutz Büttner has been successfully working as an interim finance and accounting manager since 2015. Mr. Büttner’s expertise lies in the responsibility of finance and accounting during post-merger processes or in the private equity environment. His leadership style can be described as confident, empathetic and success-oriented.

Mr. Büttner’s knowledge could be applied in companies of different industries ranging from pharmaceuticals, medical technology to financial services. These are companies of different sizes, up to multinational companies.

Mr. Büttner worked for more than 10 years as head of finance and accounting and as commercial manager in medium-sized companies in the wholesale and foreign trade of pet supplies and the medical technology industry. In addition, he was entrusted for many years with the auditing of Volks- and Raiffeisenbanks at a cooperative auditing association.

Mr. Büttner studied business administration in the dual system at the Berufsakademie Weserbergland, Hamel (BAW). In addition, he is a Rating Analyst (univ.) at the University of Augsburg.

Since June 2023 Mr. Büttner is Associate Partner at F&P Executive Solutions AG.
