Norbert Hülsmann
Mr Hülsmann, who started his professional life as an agricultural machinery mechanic and worked his way up through the ranks to become a state-certified mechanical engineer, a Bachelor of Materials and Microstructural Engineering and an MBA in International Management, brings more than 20 years of international experience in transforming, restructuring and building companies. In his career, he has held important positions such as CEO, COO and Managing Director and has distinguished himself through his strong leadership and strategic vision. Since 01.01.2024, he has strengthened our team as an Associated Partner and focuses on strategy and business development as well as the optimisation of value chains.
Thorsten Kutz
With a deep understanding of restructuring, turnaround and performance improvement, Thorsten Kutz has been a valuable member of our team since November 2023. His extensive experience as plant manager, COO and managing director, particularly in the automotive and defence sectors, enables him to efficiently manage operating units and business divisions and successfully implement international growth strategies.
Marc Lindenau
As an Associate Partner since December 2023, Marc Lindenau specialises in corporate finance consulting. With over 20 years of experience, he offers in-depth knowledge in advising property, retail and consumer goods companies as well as in the field of renewable energies. His involvement as head of the Mergers & Acquisitions | Private Equity practice group underlines his ability to lead transformative transactions and leverage influential networks.
Tina Schmidt
Tina Schmidt complements our team with her expertise in HR strategies and process optimisation. Her many years of experience in various leading positions within an international energy group and as an independent management consultant enable her to accompany and successfully implement far-reaching changes in organisations. Since joining our team, she has been particularly committed to the digitalisation of HR processes and increasing efficiency in HR.
