F&P welcomes two new Associate Partners: Jörg Thomas Hensel and Hendrik Hobbhahn
F&P Executive Solutions AG is pleased to announce the expansion of its team with two renowned experts: Jörg Thomas Hensel and Hendrik Hobbhahn join us as Associate Partners and strengthen our competences in the areas of human resources management as well as IT and project management.
Jörg Thomas Hensel: A veteran in human resources management
Born in 1965 in Braunschweig, Jörg Thomas Hensel has over three decades of experience in operational HR work. After training as a business/administration manager, he quickly made a name for himself as an HR manager in the retail and hotel industry before switching to HR consulting. There, as an authorised signatory, he made decisive contributions to the development of the North German region for one of the top 10 personnel service providers and later led a region with a turnover of over 40 million euros as COO of the TEMPTON Group.
In 2016, he founded HR-PERFECT Unternehmerberatung GmbH and specialised in scaling and increasing the efficiency of HR departments. Hensel is not only known for his ability to optimise HR processes, but also as an experienced consultant and project leader for the introduction of advanced HR tools.
With numerous certifications, including as a consultant for the Offensive Mittelstand, BAFA and KfW, as well as an expert in sustainable corporate cultures, Jörg Hensel has now strengthened the F&P Executive Solutions team as an Associate Partner since March 2024.
Hendrik Hobbhahn: A visionary IT project manager
Hendrik Hobbhahn, a graduate in business administration, has 25 years of experience as an IT project manager. His expertise includes successfully managing IT projects, adapting to new technologies and managing technical challenges. Hobbhahn’s strong communication skills enable him to clearly convey complex technical issues and effectively resolve conflicts within teams. His ability to quickly identify and solve problems, coupled with strategic thinking, contributes significantly to the success of his projects.
Hobbhahn, who also has a wide range of interests outside of work, from sport to satire, brings his passion for current trends and critical discussions to his work. He has been working successfully as an interim manager for international companies, particularly in the media and telecommunications industry, since 2010 and has now joined the F&P Executive Solutions team as an Associate Partner in March 2024.
