Further increase in Associate Partners: F&P is pleased to welcome three new high-calibre industry experts to the team.
The new F&P consultants and interim managers have many years of industry experience in leadership positions at first and second management level. With their expert and industry know-how, the new Associate Partners perfectly complement our expert teams and strengthen our firm’s excellent and comprehensive range of services along the value chain. Dr Peer John Dr. Peer John strengthens us with his expertise in the specialist groups Restructuring and Reorganisation (including certification by the Ifus Institute) and Finance & Controlling. Dr Peer John has been working in Finance & Controlling on an interim basis since 2015. He previously worked as a commercial director and is able to cover the entire commercial spectrum required in a company, such as credit application, working capital optimisation or IFRS introduction. He wrote his doctoral thesis on the topic “The evaluation of efficiency teams as a component of the condition system between food industry and trade with the help of cost accounting”. Kay Bindel, MBA Kay Bindel received his MBA from Liverpool John Moore University and ECBM, London and is also a Master of Professional Business Management (IHK). His expertise lies primarily in the areas of purchasing, operations or supply chain – but he is also well-versed in corporate governance and business ethics. Since 2014, he has worked on an interim basis in a wide range of industries, such as: Medical technology, pharmaceuticals, energy, automotive but also FMCG. Dipl.-Ing. Jochen Kleh Jochen Kleh ‘s professional experience includes working as a technical manager in manufacturing technology and he will strengthen the Capital Goods Division. Since 2018, he has brought his wide-ranging knowledge to interim management, specialising in cost-efficiency through lean management but also in the areas of turnaround and restructuring. He has acquired and applied his extensive experience in both corporate groups and medium-sized companies.
