The 20th AIMP Annual Forum in Bonn was a special event for the interim management industry—but for F&P Executive Solutions AG, it was much more than that.
For the first time, F&P was entrusted with organizing and overseeing the long-standing annual forum on behalf of AIMP. From selecting the new event venue to handling sponsorship, marketing, communications, and ticketing, all the way to coordinating exhibitors, speakers, and program items, a significant portion of the planning and execution was in the hands of our team.
The Kameha Grand Hotel Bonn was deliberately designed to create a new setting that lived up to the guiding principle of “Next Generation Interim Management”: modern, open, high-quality, and forward-looking.
Together with AIMP, we succeeded in creating a forum that combined in-depth expertise with personal interaction. Over the course of two days, participants enjoyed a varied program featuring an academy, masterclasses, a market study, keynote speeches, client panels, World Cafés, and numerous networking opportunities.
We are particularly proud of the overwhelmingly positive response from the participants. Their feedback confirmed that the combination of professional organization, high-quality content, and a personal atmosphere struck just the right chord with the industry.
The forum’s success is the result of an extraordinary team effort. Nine colleagues from our company worked intensively for months on the conception, planning, and execution of the event. Together with partners, sponsors, and the AIMP Board of Directors, we succeeded in creating an anniversary forum that sets new standards for the industry.
For F&P, the Annual Forum was much more than just an event. It was an expression of our commitment to actively shaping the development of the interim management market, providing new impetus, and bringing people together.
