The presentation of the “Interim Manager of the Year 2026” award was one of the most emotional highlights of the 20th AIMP Annual Forum in Bonn. As the organizer of the anniversary forum, F&P Executive Solutions AG had the privilege of helping to shape and support this special moment together with AIMP.

This year’s awards went to Susanne Möcks-Carone and Dr. Wendelin Müller. They exemplify the high level of professionalism, leadership, and impact that characterize modern interim management today.

We are particularly proud that two representatives from our firm—Judith Goldmann, Senior Partner and Head of Recruiting, and Veit Velten, Partner at F&P Executive Solutions AG—have been nominated for this prestigious award. These nominations confirm the high quality of our firm and the successful work of our interim management professionals in challenging transformation and change projects.

F&P was also represented on the jury: Our CEO, Bernd Fischer, served on the AIMP selection committee for the first time and contributed his many years of market and industry experience to the decision-making process.

For us, this award ceremony demonstrates one thing above all else: excellence in interim management stems from competence, responsibility, and passion—values that have shaped F&P’s daily work for many years.
