Daniel Middendorf is an expert in restructuring, rehabilitation, reorganization, turnaround, and performance improvement, as well as in business development, marketing, and sales. He is distinguished by his high level of expertise in working with medium-sized companies and organizations, as well as with small businesses and large corporations. Mr. Middendorf is an expert in crisis management and corporate leadership—including in insolvency and pre-insolvency cases—and, thanks to his extensive sales and marketing experience, in securing and growing profitability.

Mr. Middendorf has extensive experience in the consumer and durable goods industry and has managed companies in the automotive, image processing, specialty chemicals and vending industries.

He has extensive international experience in Western and Eastern Europe, Asia, and the Far East, as well as in North America. As a restructuring and turnaround consultant, Mr. Middendorf has a proven track record of securing turnarounds for medium-sized companies undergoing restructuring and turnaround.

He has been working as an interim executive for international companies in the first and second management levels since 2007 and has already successfully completed well over 10 interim mandates.
