Frank Wedekind is an interim CFO/COO with strong conceptual and implementation skills and a consultant for commercial corporate management at C-level. With more than thirty years of management experience in corporate groups and on the management boards of medium-sized companies, Mr. Wedekind is well versed in efficiency and earnings enhancement, refinancing and liquidity management, restructuring, process and organizational optimization, transformation and turnaround management, performance improvement, due diligence and M&A transactions, post-merger integration and change management.

Mr. Wedekind studied economics and organizational sciences, is trained as an interim executive (EBS), completed the executive management program at Boston Business School and is a certified restructuring and reorganization consultant as well as a transformation and turnaround manager.

Mr. Wedekind has been running an interim consultancy since 2013; he has been a partner at F&P Executive Solutions AG since 2021.
