With over 30 years of B2B experience – including 14+ years in global procurement and 4 years in the CapEx, construction and plant engineering environment according to HOAI and VOB – he achieves immediately measurable results in procurement, supply chain and projects. His mandates include carve-outs, post-merger integrations and challenging greenfield and brownfield investment projects.

It creates transparency, stabilizes costs, ensures continuity of supply and establishes efficient source-to-pay processes.
