Mr. Rubrech has over 30 years of international management experience – including around 20 years as CEO/Managing Director – with a focus on the consumer goods, sports industry, sports/shoe & textile retail, manufacturing companies and management consulting. Most recently, he held European responsibility as Chief Executive Officer/Managing Director in a medium-sized, family-owned manufacturing company, where he doubled sales and completed the reorganization, restructuring and transformation of the company with a double-digit EBIT contribution
