your f&p partnerDr. Jens Uwe Krämer
Dr. Jens Uwe Krämer is an Executive Advisor and Interim Leader at the interface of business transformation, HR/HRIT and platform ecosystems (especially ServiceNow). With over 20 years of experience in corporations such as Deutsche Telekom, SAP and most recently Capgemini, he combines a deep understanding of organization, technology and value creation.
His focus is on stabilizing and realigning transformations and realizing measurable business value from platform investments. He acts as a sparring partner at C-level, creates clarity in complex situations and brings deadlocked programs back on track.
He stands for a pragmatic, impact-oriented approach: less activity, more results. For him, technology is not an end in itself, but a means to sustainable value generation.
In interim management, he assumes responsibility particularly in the HR context of reorganizations, M&A transactions and restructurings and in HR digitalization. He designs and manages the integration and separation of organizations (post-merger integration, carve-outs) and ensures the harmonization of HR processes, systems and governance structures – always with a view to a future-proof HRIT and digitalization architecture. He provides holistic support for restructurings, from workforce transformation to change management, and ensures that organizations remain capable of acting even in critical transition phases and that employee loyalty is maintained. In the past, he has also supported client companies ad interim as Compensation & Benefits Leader due to his Total Rewards history. His focus is clear: create impact – and make himself redundant as soon as stability is achieved.
His consulting approach combines strategy, governance and implementation – with a particular focus on the human factor of transformation.
Dr. Krämer advises in several languages (German, English, Spanish, French) and has broad management and leadership experience in Central, Southern and Eastern Europe (Slovakia, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Croatia) and Scandinavia (especially Sweden).
