Lena Süß

Lena Süß combines extensive business experience with her passion for recruiting, employer branding, and business psychology. After graduating from high school in 2017, she first completed an apprenticeship as an industrial clerk and then earned her certification as an administrative specialist while working. This was followed by three and a half years of professional experience in public administration before she made a conscious decision to pursue a new career path.

Lena is currently studying business psychology at Hof University of Applied Sciences and is actively combining her studies with practical experience in human resources. Through her work as a student employee in recruiting, she has increasingly focused on talent acquisition, recruiting, and employer branding. In particular, she explores how companies can attract talent, authentically position their employer brands, and inspire long-term loyalty among employees.

While balancing her studies and career, Lena also contributes her experience to the family business, combining modern human resources management with her own entrepreneurial and hands-on experience.

Lena now also brings her expertise and enthusiasm for modern HR work to the stage. As a speaker at Zukunft Personal, she shares her experiences and insights on recruiting, employer branding, and corporate influencing with the HR community. She was also recognized by Stepstone as a “30 Under 30 Recruiting Rebel” for her dedication and fresh perspectives on recruiting.
