F&P NewsClass reunion of interim managers – networking at the highest level at the DDIM.kongress 2024 in Düsseldorf

The DDIM.kongress on November 8-9, 2024 once again impressively demonstrated why it is the most important event for interim management in Germany. Over 400 participants from business, science and politics came together at the Van der Valk Airporthotel to discuss trends and gain insights.

Our CEO Bernd Fischer traveled with the Executive Board Dr. Marek Jenoeffy, Wolfgang Schenk and Götz Stapelfeldt and Young Professional Nina Marie Kochte. Also present were Thomas Ohlenbostel, Achim Brünner, Max Eschweiler and Jens Christian Lamprecht and our firm were therefore well represented. The congress showed us once again how enriching the personal exchange on site is – every year it offers the opportunity to refresh existing contacts and expand the network to newcomers in the industry.

We would like to emphasize the harmony and intensified cooperation between providers and law firms. Cooperation talks strengthened the cohesion of the DDIM members in order to market interim managers optimally. In addition to F&P, PIQUANO Interim Professionals was also represented as an associated firm with a strong presence – the CEOs Uwe Sunkel and Bernd Fischer were delighted about the alliance. We too can see how the business model of interim management firms is establishing itself as an effective sales channel and how teamwork offers clear advantages over selling on your own.

Other highlights of the congress:
💡DDIM Excellence Award: Our Associate Partner Dr. Jan-Uwe Claas was awarded for the successful market launch of a drug against MS. We congratulate him once again on this success and are very proud to see that the most competent interim managers on the market come from F&P! 🏆
💡Inspiring presentations: Tobias Hirner, new Associate Partner at F&P, and Viktoria Fleiss impressed the audience with a presentation on the risks of poorly organized tax departments. Also impressive was Dipl.-Psych. Rolf Schmiel, CSP with a keynote on the importance of human relationships in interim management.
💡Our fully booked F&P Business Speeddatings, where we were able to hold interesting discussions.
