Hans-Dieter Vetter is an interim executive for operational management in crisis, restructuring, turnaround and performance improvement in medium-sized industrial manufacturing companies, partners for stakeholders who need operational stability and measurable results. He assumes responsibility when results, delivery capability, processes and organization are under pressure. Hands-on in the factory, close to key figures, team and implementation. His focus is on flexible management models, teams deployed as required and the operational management of change and implementation with clear responsibility for the results, processes and key figures of the entire company.

Mr. Vetter can look back on many years of management experience in production and plant organizations in medium-sized companies, family businesses and corporate structures. He has held operational C-level positions as well as management functions in production, technology and plant management. He stands for operational stabilization, clear analysis and consistent implementation.

In his areas of responsibility, he achieved sustainable quality and performance improvements along the entire value chain through a structured, process-oriented improvement approach. His way of working is pragmatic, resilient and strong in implementation: with clear analysis, consistent prioritization, active responsibility and visible, measurable improvements.

As a graduate engineer (FH) in production technology and business economist (VWA), he combines sound technical know-how with business management expertise. He is also a certified transformation and turnaround manager and certified in the field of artificial intelligence. He is currently expanding his profile by becoming a certified supervisory and advisory board member, with the aim of supporting companies at board level with his operational and transformational expertise in the future. In his free time, he enjoys exploring the Swabian Alb, South Tyrol and long-distance hikes in Germany. He is also passionate about gardening and, when time allows, handball as an enthusiastic spectator.
