Martin Wieland is an empathic and creative coach and facilitator of successful change in organizations, teams and talents. He is a manager with leadership and project experience, strategic vision and a broad knowledge of company-wide processes and interrelationships. With strong communication, negotiation and moderation skills, he ensures the alignment of stakeholder interests and strategic goal achievement and thus the success of company-wide transformation plans and future projects.

Martin Wieland has over 25 years of management experience in medium-sized companies and corporate environments. He gained in-depth knowledge of commercial and business processes as well as the entire value chain of industry, trade, logistics and after-sales. During his career, Martin Wieland has been responsible for numerous specialist areas such as finance, HR, business development, marketing/communication, strategy and project portfolio management/PMO. On this basis, he is now a specialist in company-wide change projects, leadership & culture transformation and strategy implementation in project and program management.

Education: Martin Wieland trained as an industrial clerk in mechanical engineering and studied business administration with a focus on leadership and human resources. Following his passion for the development of teams, talents and successful processes, he supplemented his many years of leadership and management experience with additional training as a Systemic Business Coach and Agile Coach.

Martin Wieland finds his private balance in his family (including his dog and three cats) and on the tennis court.
