Sebastian Noack is an expert in international business development with many years of experience in the sales development of new segments, regions or channels, particularly in Europe, MEA and Asia. This includes specific lead generation and the development of distribution structures.
As an experienced executive and former managing director, he advises and supports clients in strategic corporate alignment, complex process optimization and digitalization projects, the transformation towards a modern corporate organization and business management challenges including restructuring mandates.
Sebastian Noack has extensive experience in the service sector through many years of successful line and management responsibility in international hospitality. He began his professional career with training as a chef in 1989 and completed this in the mid-1990s with a successful degree in state-certified business administration from the Steigenberger Academy.
In 2005, he moved to the industry, where he expanded his sales expertise by marketing technically complex IT and media solutions for accommodation providers internationally. In 2014, he graduated from the University of Wales, UK, with an Executive MBA.
Since 2016, he has been responsible for the development and expansion of the global project business at established medium-sized manufacturers in the HVAC sector, as well as the successful restructuring of a medium-sized brand company in the construction supply sector as sole Managing Director/CEO in 2023.
In 2024, he decided to work independently as a management consultant and interim manager and has been supporting other restructuring mandates ever since. In spring 2025, he qualified as a consultant for the “Offensive Mittelstand” and joined FuP Executive Solutions AG as a partner.
