René Gottschalk has been working as a commercial all-rounder in international industrial companies for more than 16 years. He is familiar with both medium-sized and corporate structures.

In addition to the areas of Controlling & Finance, his expertise also extends to the management of HR, IT and Purchasing. René Gottschalk can look back on many years of experience in the fields of restructuring, reorganization, turnaround and the promotion of change processes. His analytical skills resulting in a structured derivation of objectives and a comprehensible and sustainable implementation are helpful here. He is characterized by a deep understanding of the entire value chain and its implications for the commercial structure and process organization.

Due to the strong international focus of his previous professional positions, he is very familiar with the cooperation and management of intercultural teams. Mr. Gottschalk has worked very successfully as CFO and commercial director in leading listed and family-owned companies. His main areas of expertise include the optimization of commercial processes in close interaction with ERP systems as well as the digitalization of commercial processes. He has been successfully working as an interim manager for international companies in industry since 2023.

René Gottschalk studied business administration at the Free University of Berlin with a focus on organization, B2B marketing and accounting. Traveling to distant countries is one of the passions of the married family man.
