Norbert Hülsmann
Mr. Hülsmann, who began his professional life as an agricultural machinery mechanic and worked his way up through the ranks to become a state-certified mechanical engineer, a Bachelor of Materials and Microstructural Engineering and an MBA in International Management, brings more than 20 years of international experience in the transformation, restructuring and development of companies. In his career, he has held important positions such as CEO, COO and Managing Director and has distinguished himself through his strong leadership and strategic vision. Since 01.01.2024, he has strengthened our team as an associated partner and focuses on strategy and business development as well as the optimization of value chains.
Marc Lindenau
As an Associate Partner since December 2023, Marc Lindenau specializes in corporate finance advisory. With over 20 years of experience, he offers in-depth knowledge in advising real estate, retail and consumer goods companies as well as in the renewable energy sector. His involvement as head of the Mergers & Acquisitions | Private Equity practice group underlines his ability to lead transformative transactions and leverage influential networks.
