Volker Schreiner

Born and raised in Dortmund, Volker Schreiner studied mechanical engineering at the University and University of Applied Sciences Dortmund, specialising in materials technology. He began his professional career as a project and commissioning engineer for steelworks equipment at Mannesmann Demag Hüttentechnik.

In all subsequent positions as plant or operations manager of international production companies in the field of metal production and processing, his main focus was on the analysis and optimisation of production processes, the leadership and training of employees, creative approaches to the development of solution proposals, as well as the development of programmes for cost reduction and quality improvement.

His management style is characterised by open and trusting cooperation with the management and the subordinate areas.

Since 2016, Mr Schreiner has been successfully active as an interim manager for international companies.

Mr Schreiner has been a Partner at F&P Executive Solutions AG since August 2021.

Besides his family, his private interests include cycling and dancing.
