We are pleased to announce the addition of two further high-calibre experts to our network of Associate Partners at the beginning of this quarter: Peter Spitlbauer and René Gottschalk will strengthen F&P Executive Solutions’ expertise in the areas of retail, logistics, controlling and finance with immediate effect. Their many years of experience and their specific expertise will help our clients to master complex challenges in these dynamic times.
Peter Spitlbauer:
With more than a decade of management experience, first as managing director of a national company and later as a board member of an international group, Peter Spitlbauer is an expert in the sustainable improvement of the financial and earnings situation of large medium-sized retail and logistics groups. Mr Spitlbauer has made a significant contribution to the strategic realignment and implementation of corporate governance processes in companies that are often family-owned, such as Xerox and MediaMarkt/Saturn.
His academic background in economics and organisational sciences, complemented by an executive management programme at the St. Gallen Business School, forms the basis for his successful consulting and management career. Since 2023, Mr Spitlbauer has been contributing his extensive skills and customised solutions to our projects as a consultant and interim manager.
René Gottschalk:
René Gottschalk brings more than 16 years of experience as a commercial all-rounder in international industrial companies, where he was responsible for various functions from controlling & finance to HR, IT and purchasing. His extensive experience in restructuring, reorganisation and the digitalisation of commercial processes makes him a valuable partner for our clients.
Mr Gottschalk, who studied business administration at the Free University of Berlin, is characterised by his analytical skills and deep understanding of the entire value chain. He has held leading positions as CFO and commercial director and is known for his successful leadership of intercultural teams. Since 2023, he has been supporting international companies in the industry as an interim manager, with a focus on optimising processes and implementing digital solutions.
