Business graduate Tina Schmidt has more than 15 years of experience as a program/project manager in in-house consulting for a leading international energy group. She has worked in various roles in the Grids, Sales and Services divisions as well as for many years in a senior corporate function. She is an expert in the design and implementation of HR strategies, the design of customized HR processes and tools as well as HR efficiency improvement programs. She has also successfully supported the introduction of shared services and the digitalization of HR processes.
As an independent management consultant, she has been advising medium-sized and large companies on the topics described above for more than eight years. She is convinced that the added value of a technically perfect problem solution can only be realized if majorities are created for it, resistance is effectively overcome and managers and employees are specifically empowered to go along with the new path. With this in mind, she completed a six-month training course to become a change manager and business trainer in 2020. Since then, she has also successfully accompanied several restructuring programs and ERP implementations as a change manager and also works as a business trainer and lecturer.
Her way of working is pragmatic and implementation-oriented. She has a keen sense for future trends and developments. Clients confirm that she keeps a cool head even in turbulent times and always finds creative strategies and work-around solutions.
In her free time, she enjoys long jogs with her dog and road bike rides. In addition to her sporting activities, she enjoys relaxing with family and friends.
