F&P continues to strengthens consistently
F&P Executive Solutions AG Hamburg, one of the leading company for interim management and management consulting in D|A|CH, continues its consistent growth course at shareholder level and gains two new partners as of 31 August, Dipl.-Ing. Volker Schreiner and Bankfachwirt Moritz Jaeckle, as co-owners/shareholders of F&P AG.
“With Volker and Moritz, we are consistently strengthening ourselves at partner level in strategically relevant areas of competence due to their outstanding performance as associate partners,” said Bernd Fischer, CEO of the AG, summing up today’s admission to the circle of partners.
“With Moritz Jaeckle, F&P gains for the first time in years, alongside PE specialist Kim C. Köhler, an operationally active banking expert who, as an advisor, is jointly responsible for the modules risk management, financing, restructuring and processes in the finance area. He is characterised by his high level of competence in the area of structuring and restructuring of financings as well as by his profound knowledge of the processes in restructuring and liquidation in banks and other financial institutions.
“The fit of F&P fits perfectly with my career ambitions. Those who are allowed to call themselves partners at F&P have a securitised right to profit and co-determination, which distinguishes us from our competitors and motivated me to acquire shares in F&P AG,” says financial expert Moritz Jaeckle.
Interim manager Volker Schreiner is an experienced plant or operations manager of international production companies with an industry focus on metal production and processing. His main focus is on the analysis and optimisation of production processes, the interim management and training of employees, as well as the development of solution proposals and programmes for cost reduction and quality improvement. “With Volker, we are strengthening our core competence in the area of the capital goods industry,” says Götz Stapelfeldt, head of the specialist group, who is delighted about the new addition at partner level in the specialist group he heads.
Both new partners integrate current mandates under the umbrella of the strong F&P brand, so that the F&P Executive Solutions firm already counts 17 freelance consultants and interim managers among its partners and thus management team.
“Both new additions at partner level fit perfectly into our strong partner team, both on a human level as well as through their competence profile. Moritz is also the youngest partner to join the AG’s interim management firm as a partner,” emphasised Prof. Dr. Wellner, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of F&P AG.
