22-year-old Franziska Gehrer graduated from high school in 2018 and began studying business administration at the Georg-Simon-Ohm University of Applied Sciences in Nuremberg in the same year, specializing in sales and marketing.

She was able to gain her first practical experience in sales as a working student at a personnel and consulting company in 2019. She was also able to apply what she had learned from her studies in the field of marketing during a 6-month internship in influencer marketing at Hubert-Burda-Media.

Franziska was already able to demonstrate her entrepreneurial thinking during her studies by founding a start-up with five fellow students, which made it its mission to redesign old furniture.

With the management skills she learned during her studies, she also took over the management of her grandfather’s company in 2022 and completed her final degree in September.

In her free time, Franziska has been a passionate ballet dancer for 18 years, proving her stamina and endurance.

In October 2022, Ms. Gehrer will take the next step in her career as a young professional at F&P AG in the Sales department.
