Johannes Graf von Spee, Associate Partner at F&P since September 2022, has been supporting medium-sized companies in the B2B sector in optimizing their business models since 2011. As a certified restructuring and reorganization consultant, he designs turnarounds in critical situations and has over 10 years of experience as an implementation and management consultant in international medium-sized companies.
Sasha Stockfisch, a finance expert with 25 years of professional experience, has been an independent consultant and entrepreneur since 2001. With extensive experience in the real estate sector, including positions at ECE Projektmanagement GmbH & Co. KG and the Engel & Völkers branch in Lübeck, he brings continuity and a long-term perspective to the finance and real estate sectors.
Tobias Reichert, an expert in restructuring and performance improvement in purchasing and supply chain, has worked successfully as a purchasing and operations manager for leading companies. His experience ranges from small companies to global corporations with sales in excess of €3,000 million. Through proactive supplier management and strategic alignment, he has a proven track record of streamlining processes, especially in challenging times such as the 2008 banking crisis and the Covid pandemic.
With the integration of Johannes Graf von Spee, Sasha Stockfisch and Tobias Reichert as new shareholders, F&P AG is consolidating its position as a leading interim management firm. The expanded group of shareholders now comprises a total of 23 freelance consultants and interim managers.”
